Rather than relying on static dialogue trees, the game assigns dynamic, randomized traits to each girl—from shy exhibitionists to loyal partners—allowing their reactions, boundaries, and preferences to develop dynamically across each playthrough.

The game features a cast inspired by pop-culture parodies, including Gwen from Total Drama alongside Rogue and Negasonic from X-Men. Players can pursue traditional heterosexual romances or explore dedicated lesbian paths with distinct mechanics, alongside darker taboo options like blackmail, financial coercion, and netori/cheating drama. The visual presentation uses original, hand-drawn 2D layered character art rather than AI-generated assets, paired with animated encounters and standout dirty talk.

Keep in mind that College Traits is still early in development. While the reactive systems show immense potential, the character roster remains small, structured story quests are currently minimal, and faster animation speeds can occasionally feel jerky.
