Project Hivemind is an adult sci-fi horror RPG you can play free online in your browser on mobile or PC. You begin as Generation 47, a lab-grown organism that has learned to hide its intelligence from the researchers preparing to terminate it. Once an accident opens the containment pod, survival depends on slipping through the facility, taking control of small hosts, and turning biomass into new abilities. The immediate hook is not merely escaping the lab; it is deciding what kind of intelligence the creature will become once the human world is within reach.

Exploration is built around connected locations, clickable scene cards, and host-specific actions. Biomass fuels infestation and active abilities, while skill points and adaptations expand what your network can do. Suspicion, laboratory pressure, and limited resources make reckless growth risky, so scouting a room can be as useful as spending power immediately. A journal, bestiary, host network, and save system help you track the expanding set of possibilities.

Chapter 2 opens into three substantial approaches. The Symbiotic route focuses on quietly infiltrating a household and learning its routines. Lab Vessel moves toward human infestation and a more personal relationship with Elena Chen. Contamination turns attention outward, using carriers and mutation tiers to spread influence through a larger environment. These are not simple dialogue swaps: each route changes available hosts, abilities, scenes, and progression goals. Version 3.1 expands the later contamination mutations and adds new carrier scenes, while the game remains in active development.

Project Hivemind mixes illustrated interactive fiction with animated scenes and RPG-style resource management. The tone moves between clinical horror, covert exploration, transformation, and adult fantasy without revealing every consequence in advance. Text-size and margin options make the interface easier to adjust on smaller screens.
