Deviant Anomalies X

PLAY Deviant Anomalies X NOW

Deviant Anomalies X is a free adult detective VN that plays instantly on PC or mobile with no download. A bizarre snowstorm has left Netherhelm dealing with supernatural sightings and a sharp rise in crime. Fresh out of college with a Criminal Psychology degree, you join law enforcement hoping to uncover what really happened. Cases bring you closer to the mystery, with detective minigames breaking up the conversations. This remake gives the original adventure a visual overhaul, including detailed locations and an attractive cast of girls with varied designs.

The atmosphere is a strong reason to give it a look. Music and ambient sounds help the unsettling moments land, and the renders give you plenty to admire between investigations. The writing is less consistent, with some awkward dialogue and leaps in logic that can make the detective setup harder to believe. Minigames and parts of the interface could also use clearer guidance. The available content is still mostly an introduction and an early investigation, with very little adult material. If you enjoy supernatural mysteries and don't mind trying an unfinished opening, Netherhelm has an intriguing case waiting for you.
