Mandatory Manager

PLAY Mandatory Manager NOW

Mandatory Manager is a free adult office sim that plays instantly on PC or mobile with no download. Misaki is the new intern, and her final review is only 30 days away. Her manager's promised promotion really depends on getting her hired, so every day goes into choosing assignments, keeping her fed, and watching her stress and morale. Harder work gives her more chances to fail and earn a punishment, while repeat runs unlock modifiers for the next attempt. Expect spanking and humiliation here; the reviewed build has 0 penetration.

A run takes roughly 20-30 minutes, and the days move pretty fast. Lunch money deserves attention, since running out can send an attempt downhill fast. Choosing easier work helps Misaki get through the day, while tougher assignments give her manager more opportunities to punish mistakes. The cute voice acting and good renders are pretty good, even if the animations finish almost as soon as they get going.

The repeated months are where it starts to drag, though. Modifiers give another attempt something new to work with, but the daily routine stays much the same. It is easy to enjoy a short session and then feel done. Anyone playing a second run in the hope of finally unlocking a proper sex scene should know what is actually on offer: nudity, spanking, and humiliation play.

Press Play and start directly in your browser with no separate installation.
