Princess Rescue
King Sombra has returned with a group of familiar villains, and the Elements of Harmony have been taken captive. In Princess Rescue, Equestria’s princesses step in to fight their way through the enemy forces and bring them home.
This adult fan parody uses RPG Maker battles, a capture system, and colorful cartoon art. The route through the available area is fairly clear, which helps keep the focus on its fights and rescue premise. There is a surprising amount of artwork for such a small demo.
The first area is also where the current content ends. There are no further regions to explore yet, and players have reported a game-over display bug that can require a restart. It is a promising little experiment for fans of the setting, but it is best approached as an early demo.
