The Demon Lord's Project

The Demon Lord's Project is a free adult sandbox VN that plays instantly on PC or mobile with no download. Its protagonist wakes up in another world after being kidnapped by a Demon Lord who refuses to explain what she wants from him. Keeping her happy is a matter of survival, but he has some freedom to explore the castle and meet its other prisoners. They're all hot girls with their own problems and reasons for being there. Moving between rooms opens up their stories, while small dialogue choices affect reactions and the information he learns.

The protagonist is easy to like. He adapts to his strange situation and has enough personality to make his conversations fun to follow. The writing also remembers small decisions, so choosing a response feels worth some thought. The Demon Lord herself is the biggest draw: she gradually warms to him, but getting too comfortable around her can still end badly. Keeping a save handy is a good idea.

The castle is simple to navigate, though finding the next event can mean checking rooms repeatedly. Some sex scenes are brief, and the animations can be choppy, even when the Koikatsu models look good. There is also drugging and nonconsensual sexual content in some scenes. If you're into fantasy harems with a dangerous demoness at the center, the relationships and unanswered questions give this one more to enjoy than the castle's bedrooms alone.
