Fleshbreak is an adult visual novel with horror elements, developed by HoruBrain.
You play as Lennox, navigating a collapsing society plagued by a fast-spreading infection inspired by SCP-610. Alongside your wife Horu, sister Alora, and scientist Axton, you must search for safety, scarce supplies, and the possibility of a cure. Every encounter forces moral choices that shape relationships and determine survival.
