Natasha Naughty Wife follows Natasha and Jeffery five years into a happy marriage. When they begin worrying that they may be unable to have a child, the people entering their lives bring new temptations as well as possible answers. You make choices for both sides of the relationship as they decide what they're willing to share, forgive, or keep secret.

Natasha's character design is a strong draw, and the game offers paths involving cheating, NTR, swinging, and sharing. The developer says those themes can be avoided.
