The Headmaster lets you take control of a troubled adult school instantly in your browser on mobile or PC, with no download required, combining a near-future social crisis with sandbox management, staff recruitment, disciplinary rules, corruption paths, and a large collection of animated scenes. The story takes place on a small island nation facing a serious education crisis. Too few students are graduating, university places are going unfilled, and the government fears mass unemployment and economic damage. Its emergency response forces adults over eighteen who failed or were expelled from school back into education at special facilities. You enter this system as an expert in young adult psychology whose unusual disciplinary theories attract the attention of a mysterious organization. After demonstrating your ideas at a teachers' conference, you are invited to interview for the headmaster position at a newly founded school. Accepting the job gives you authority, but not complete freedom. You must reform a school filled with delinquent adult students, persuade skeptical staff to support your methods, satisfy the unusual demands of the owners, and prepare for inspections from a government that expects measurable results. The sandbox structure turns that premise into an active management game. You move between the headmaster's office, classrooms, dorms, courtyard, cafeteria, gym, beach, staff homes, medical areas, and other locations while following student and staff quests. Influence points, horniness points, school rules, construction upgrades, uniforms, appointments, training sessions, and punishment levels all affect what becomes available. New items such as restraints and a rectal thermometer also connect to specific rules and scenes. Character progression is organized through individual quests and repeatable events. Recent updates expand the twins, Faye, Debbie, Liz, Samantha, the nurse, Lucy, Louise, Mary, Claire, Amy, Nina, Trixie, Rachel, Jasmine, Arabella, Emily, Maxine, Miss Newman, Ada, and other characters. Some students can be raised through several punishment levels, while staff members receive quests involving the office, cafeteria, gardens, gym, medical facilities, or private locations. Beach trips, volleyball, football patrols, staff yoga, cafeteria events, and nurse appointments add variety to the weekly routine. The content has grown far beyond a short management demo. A major recent update added more than 90,000 words, 1,500 renders, and 215 video files containing a combined 24 minutes of short animated loops. Other releases add new quests, repeatable versions of older scenes, cafeteria construction, uniforms, photo collections, group medical events, school rules, and French translation support. Repeatable content makes it possible to revisit selected character events without restarting an entire route.
