Lab Rats 2 - Reformulate builds on Vren's Lab Rats 2 with additions from modders Tristim, LZ_Starbuck, and Trollden. You run a growing pharmaceutical business while researching serums, managing employees, and deciding how to influence the people around you. The freedom to set your own pace is a big part of its appeal.

There's a lot to tinker with. Staff have different attributes, and the clothing and outfit system gives you plenty of ways to customize their appearance. The business side has enough decisions to stay interesting without being too difficult to learn. If you'd rather reach certain content sooner, built-in cheats let you adjust the pace. Strong writing and sheer volume can keep the sandbox engaging for hours.

The presentation is much simpler than the systems behind it. Adult encounters rely heavily on text and basic character poses, with little animation, so the visual payoff may feel small after all the work needed to reach it. Some named stories stop abruptly, and players report unclear event requirements and bugs that can block progress. Come for a detailed management and character sandbox, with modest expectations for its renders and finished storylines.
