The Fate of Irnia Every twelve years, orc armies cross into Irnia. The kingdom has always managed to defend itself, but never well enough to end the cycle. The protagonist's father became a hero during the previous invasion, then died from a mysterious illness on his son's seventeenth birthday. He left behind a sealed box that could only be opened when his son came of age. One year later, the now-adult protagonist opens it and inherits a secret that draws him into Irnia's approaching war.

The Fate of Irnia is a completed fantasy visual novel in which personal choices and kingdom-level decisions share the same story. Conversations determine who trusts you, which romances develop, and which character routes remain available. Political decisions affect the condition of the realm. Money can be invested in the barracks and defenses, while army strength, morale, income, and key alliances influence what happens when the invasion finally arrives.

The magical sphere left by the protagonist's father is central to both the mystery and the route system. Its red and blue sides offer different kinds of influence, and relying on one side can change a relationship or close another path. The game rarely labels a choice as simply correct or incorrect. A compassionate answer may help one character but weaken a political position, while a more forceful decision can solve an immediate problem and create a darker consequence later.

The cast includes Sandy, Jenny, Morta, Miriam, Ghorza, Dabna, Xerana, Beatrice, Katrin, Leanor, the Queen, and several supernatural figures. Their stories branch into romance, corruption, alliance, and alternate-ending routes. Some paths can be combined, while others are mutually exclusive. One playthrough will not reveal the entire game.

Save before using either side of the sphere, committing to a relationship, spending large amounts of gold, or making military decisions. Separate saves are especially useful before the ball, the red tower sequence, the Queen's rescue, and the final preparations for war. Players seeking a strong ending should pay attention to barracks upgrades, defenses, morale, army strength, and relationships with influential allies instead of treating the game as a sequence of isolated character scenes.

The completed version offers a full central storyline and numerous route-specific conclusions. Its appeal comes from seeing how intimate decisions, political compromises, and military planning converge at the ending.
